What do I do if I fall ill?
Call Esa as soon as you know you cannot come to the site. You can be off for up to three days on your own notice, after that a medical certificate is needed.

What must be written on a receipt?
Take a photo of the receipt with Kubik right at the store, and it goes to the office for processing. The original receipt is returned to the office at the end of the week.

Do I have to learn new software?
No. Kubik does the work, you approve.
Which prices are the quotes based on?
Your own. You import your price list from Excel, or it builds up from your quotes.
How do customers send quote requests?
Through your own link kubik.fi/p/yourcompany or by email. The draft waits for you in Kubik.
What does the AI remember?
Your ways: your pricing, standard exclusions and corrections. The memory is your own data, and you can delete it at any time.
Can workers use Kubik?
Yes. Workers log hours and receipts and ask for guidance in Ask, which answers only from your own guides. Workers do not see prices or margins.
What does Kubik cost?
Nothing during the test phase. Later Kubik will be a paid service, and test users will be the first to hear about pricing.
Does Kubik also do invoices?
Not yet. Invoices are coming. For now Kubik handles quotes, receipts, hours and margin.
